Terms and Conditions


PLEASE NOTE: While making the booking you had agreed to follow the Terms and Conditions of Booking for Airport Extras, a trading name of Airport Extras Ltd and of the chosen car park. All the car park services offered by Airport Extras Ltd are based off-site, unless otherwise stated. Airport Extras Ltd is an agent for the advertised/featured car parks.

All parking is subject to the terms and conditions which may contain exemption clauses and limit each company's liability of the individual car park and these are available separately on request from the car park operator. Ensure no valuables are left in the vehicle, as Airport Extras Ltd will not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage as parking is always at the owner's risk.

1 Bookings

1.1 Bookings can be made through the company’s website or by a phone call.

1.2 All terms and conditions are considered accepted at the confirmation stage of the booking.

1.3 Confirmations are only considered when a reference number is generated, and an email is received. In case your confirmation email or confirmation reference is not received (on the email provided by the customer during the booking), it is the responsibility of the customer to contact us immediately as no refund is available for no shows or if the cancellation is received in less than 24 hours before the customer is due to arrive at the car park.

1.4 Please ensure you have your booking confirmation reference with you when you travel. This will help you identify as Airport Extras Ltd customer and enable the service provider to verify your booking.

1.5 Your statutory rights are not affected.

1.6 All bookings are subject to a non-refundable booking fee.

1.7 Full payment of booked service is due prior to the commencement of the service.

1.8 Payments can be made using approved credit or debit cards at the time of the booking.

1.9 A daily rate of £15 is charged for any increase in the duration of the service.

1.10 Increased duration charge will be debited from the client’s account and payment will be collected prior to the return of the vehicle.

2 Directions and parking procedures:

2.1 Please make sure you have the chauffeur's telephone number and details of arrival procedure as stated in your booking confirmation email. It is your responsibility to obtain this information before departing for the airport - any missed bookings, flights or other problems arising from the customer's failure to obtain this information will not be compensated by Airport Extras Ltd.

2.2 Please remove all valuables and leave only the keys/codes required to move your vehicle. In the interest of efficient operation, you must be prepared to leave your car keys with car park staff if requested to do so unless otherwise stated.

2.3 You must ensure that the vehicle is in a roadworthy condition before leaving it with the car parking company, that is, it is taxed and holds a current MOT if applicable. The car parking company reserves the right to move the vehicle within or outside the car parks by driving or otherwise to such extent as the car parking company, or its servants may in their discretion think necessary for the efficient arrangement of its parking facilities at the car parks, or in emergencies or to avoid accidents or obstructions.

2.4 In case you are running late due to any reason, it is your responsibility to inform the car park immediately, as your free waiting time is 30 minutes from the time you booked. All car parks have the right to charge any extra waiting and you must pay them directly. If you do not contact car park about your delay, car park has the right to mark your booking as no show after 60 minutes of your booking time.

2.5 When collecting your car, car park will track your flight (flight number you had mentioned in your booking). First 30 minutes after flight landing time are free of charge but further delay allows the car park to charge the waiting time, short stay car park charges etc.

3 Cancellations or Amendments procedure:

Please note: ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE DIRECTLY THROUGH AIRPORT EXTRAS LTD IN ORDER TO BE VALID (Not with the car park).
Please note: Bookings made at the special prices cannot be amended or cancelled, and no refund will be given if the booking is cancelled.

3.1 Cancellations and No shows within 24 hours of the confirmed arrival time will be charged in full and no refunds will be given.

3.2 You will be unable to obtain a refund or amend a parking booking in the 24 hours prior to the arrival date/time printed in your booking confirmation, or at any time thereafter.

3.3 If the customer wishes to cancel a booking and obtain a refund, you will be charged a cancellation fee of £12.50.

3.4 If you park your car before the arrival date/time printed in your booking confirmation, then you may have to pay the car park locally for any additional parking time at their published.

3.5 If you collect your car before the departure date/time printed in your booking confirmation, then you will not receive a refund for the unused time.

3.6 If you collect your car after the departure date/time printed in your booking confirmation, then you will have to pay the car park locally for any additional parking time at their published.

3.7 Non-Flexible/Non-Flex rate bookings cannot be amended or cancelled.

3.8 You will be unable to obtain a refund or amend a parking booking in the 24 hours prior to the arrival date/time printed in your booking confirmation, or at any time thereafter.

3.9 Any booking date and/or product amendments made to a Flexible rate booking will be subject to an amendment charge of 7.00 GBP.

3.10 If you wish to change the date(s) and/or time(s) of travel, you may be able to change this provided the car park has availability and a payment is made for the charges for the amended booking dates/times (if any).

Please note that cancellation requests can only be actioned within office hours and are subject to our notice periods.

4 Changes and cancellations made by us:

4.1 Airport Extras Ltd have the right to correct any price error and omissions on the Website or elsewhere and take appropriate action as soon as feasible after being notified of them. Neither we (Airport Extras Ltd) nor our supplier are under any obligation to honour bookings for Product(s) where there is a pricing error, even if the customer has received a confirmation email. In these circumstances, Airport Extras Ltd reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on the Website and to either offer the customer an opportunity to keep the booking at the correct price or cancel the booking without any liability.

Where possible we will do so before your departure and we will offer you a choice from the following:
(a) accepting the changed arrangements, or

(b) choosing an alternative product of a similar standard (for less expensive products we will offer a refund of the difference), or

(c) canceling or accepting the cancellation, in which case you will receive a full and prompt refund of the full amount you have paid to us.

5 COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Please note: ALL Parking is subject to the terms and conditions of the individual car park. The customer should accept that all claims regarding damage or loss caused by the operator must be claimed from the operator’s insurance and reported to the operator at the time of collection.

5.1 AIRPORT EXTRAS LTD ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY ONCE THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN HANDED OVER TO OR RETURNED BY THE OPERATOR OR WHILST IN THE CARE OF THE OPERATOR/SERVICE PROVIDER.

5.2 All complaints regarding the provision of service must be received by email within 24 hours of return to the UK and any complaint received after this time will not be considered. If you encounter a problem at your chosen car park, please inform the service provider immediately to give them the opportunity to rectify the problem. If you do not advise the provider at the time it may be difficult to pursue a complaint at a later stage.

5.3 Please put any outstanding issues in writing, including as much detail as possible. You should expect to receive a reply within 10 working days upon receipt of your complaint. You will be informed of any delay and the reason for it, should one arise.

5.4 The company offers no warranty or security to the protection or safety of vehicles left in the car parking premises or any goods left within the vehicles. The owners of vehicles are reminded that their own policies of insurance must be utilized to make any claim if such loss or damage occurs while the vehicle is parked in the car parking area and was not directly the fault of the operator. Any damage found in the vehicle on the time of return will not be considered unless it is brought to the attention of the operator BEFORE leaving the airport. No liability whatsoever will be accepted if this is not adhered to.

5.5 Your vehicle must be roadworthy and hold a current road fund license. If your vehicle is not roadworthy or does not display the road fund license or you cannot show proof of a new application at the time of your collection you will be refused the service and NO refund will be eligible.

5.6 The car parks/Service providers accept no liability for mechanical, structural or electrical failure of any part of your vehicle, including windscreens, alarms, immobilizers, glass, flat batteries, and wheels howsoever caused.

5.7 The car parks/service providers accept no liability for any faulty car keys, alarm fobs, house or other keys left on the key ring. You must ensure you leave the drivers with the right keys, alarm fobs and instructions to start your vehicle.

6 LIMITATION of LIABILITY

Please note: The total liability for Airport Extras Ltd to the client for all claims arising from the use of this website and materials is limited to the cost of the client's booking including both parking and booking fees paid to Airport Extras Ltd as per the contract.

6.1 Accuracy of website content, pricing errors, and changes to law.

6.2 Suppliers provide the images and description of the product, which are for illustrative purposes only, and to give a general “feel” for the product and are not intended to be exact representations of the product that you have booked.

6.3 Save as otherwise stated in these Booking Terms and Conditions, in the event of any new laws or regulations resulting in any new, or increases to existing, taxes, charges or other fees, we reserve the right to pass on such amounts to you, whether your booking has been confirmed or not.

7 DISTANCE SELLING

Regulation 28 (h) of the distance selling regulations 2013 state that contracts for the provision of transport and leisure services while the supplier provides services on a specific date or within a specific period are exempt to the traditional 'cooling off' period placed on select online goods and services. Cancellations are subject to the contractual terms agreed upon within these Terms & Conditions.

8 MODIFICATION

Airport Extras Ltd may at any time modify these Terms and Conditions and your continued use of this website, including telephone bookings will be conditioned upon the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of your use.
